If you have an eating and exercise regiment or are on a weight loss medication that is working for you, we will not ask you to change it. This is where the COMPANION Program comes-in. You can remain on your plan or medication while adding the transformational work to stop the self-sabotage that has riddled you for years. This is your best path to sustainable weight loss.
NOTE: Exercise and nutrition plans are everywhere and widely available. While important to long-term health and happiness, they alone will not provide you with the tools to understand WHY you sabotage yourself or HOW to change your weight struggles in the long-term.
Well, it depends on what you mean by 'not fully' as our at-home program can certainly be modified a variety of ways. This is something we can discuss with you prior to signing-up. But remember, per the program information, this is so much more than exercise. The heart of LIGHTEN YOUR LIFE is in the work you will do outside of the gym and kitchen. It's an inside job to stop the self-sabotage and start seeing lasting change. The information that is taught can be used for the rest of your life.
Not to mention, we've had women in full leg casts and walking boots participate and they still lost weight as result of overcoming their self-sabotaging habits.

If you request a refund, we will ask you to submit your Vision Statement assignment as we want to be sure you 'gave it a go' before deciding it is not for you. We think this is fair and a good way to keep us all accountable.
