That’s a completely valid concern and one I heard a lot when I started sharing my work with women. Most weight loss programs focus on external fixes: strict food rules, willpower-based habits, and one-size-fits-all plans. But those approaches rarely address the deeper reasons why you struggle in the first place.


This program is different because it’s not just about what you eat or how much you move.  It’s about transforming the inner patterns that drive your choices and prevent you from making real and meaningful change that lasts. We work on your mindset, beliefs, emotions, and your connection to your body so that the changes you make come from self-trust, not self-punishment.


I don't offer a temporary solution. What I have built is a process of healing and re-aligning with your body so you can create lasting change - without the shame, restriction, or burnout.


And it's not something I built on a whim.  It came about from my own experience of feeling wholly incapable of making changes to my body or my behaviors that continued me on a path of endless dieting and programs. There are several years of study, certifications, research, training, and personal experience that went into this program. I couldn't find this solution anywhere, so I built it.


This isn’t just another program. It’s the last one you’ll need because it helps you finally stop starting over.



You will need:  

  1. A device that connects to the internet. 
  2. A journal (doesn't have to be anything fancy). 
  3. A commitment to do the work and ask for help if you get stuck.
  4. A willingness to do your weight loss DIFFERENTLY (you wouldn't be here if the way you've been doing things was working, right?).




Content is delivered via an online, private course platform. *LIVE* sessions with Megan are delivered through ZOOM.


A lot of it depends on the amount of time you want to put into it, but....generally speaking, you will spend about 5-15 minutes a day either journaling or doing an activity, depending upon the week's topic.


On Wednesdays, I hold the weekly support calls from 5-7pm PST.  Modules 1&2 meet together for an hour from 5-6PST and then Modules 3&4 meet together for an hour from 6-7PST.


In the past, when I've had a large number of women from outside of the U.S., I have added another set of support calls in the earlier morning PST-time.




You have lifetime access.  This includes any updates or changes to the program.  My goal is to fundamentally change the way the fitness industry approaches weight loss. While I hope that in the near future, more weight loss professionals and influencers will include my work in their portfolio, I believe that the more women who learn and follow my Weight Loss for Life framework, the larger the message will become.  And soon, we will consistently hear the same message - that sustainable weight loss is  fundamentally about everything that happens outside of the gym and kitchen.


ABSOLUTELY!  My intention is for this to be a complementary piece to your fitness program. Most fitness programs address food and exercise and can 100% help you to lose weight.  My program addresses what you fundamentally need to ensure that your weight loss lasts.


Weight loss medications can help suppress appetite or reduce cravings in the short term but they don’t teach you how to eat, why you overeat, or what to do with the emotions, stress, and beliefs that drive your patterns.


Most medications work by temporarily turning off natural processes in the brain and body but they don’t rewire your thoughts, heal your relationship with food, or build lasting coping skills. That’s where this program comes in.


We focus on the inner work—helping you shift your mindset, process emotions in healthy ways, and reconnect with your body. So whether you're on medication or not, this program gives you the tools to create real, sustainable change that medication alone can’t provide.


Because eventually, the medication stops - or stops working - and you want to be prepared with the skills, self-trust, and emotional foundation to maintain your progress for life.

This program contains over eight years of health and wellness studies, training and certifications, healing modalities work, cognitive behavioral work, and research curated into a solution that offers the most impactful methods to achieve SUSTAINABLE weight loss.
