You will have access for one week after the CELEBRATION Zoom session.
The program includes both meal and exercise plans. If you have an eating and exercise regiment that works for you, we will not ask you to change it. Our plans might inspire you to adjust some things, but we do not require you to follow our food and exercise plans.
NOTE: Exercise and nutrition plans are everywhere and widely available. While important to long-term health and happiness, they alone will not provide you with the tools to understand WHY you sabotage yourself or HOW to change your weight struggles in the long-term.
Well, it depends on what you mean by 'not fully' as our at-home program can certainly be modified a variety of ways. This is something we can discuss with you prior to signing-up. But remember, per the program information, this is so much more than exercise. The heart of LIGHTEN YOUR LIFE is in the work you will do outside of the gym and kitchen. It's an inside job to stop the self-sabotage and start seeing lasting change. The information that is taught can be used for the rest of your life.
